Abstract

Circulating tumour DNA enables non-invasive cancer detection. We developed a next-generation sequencing assay targeting methylation and mutation signals across 1,100 plasma samples.

The assay detected stage I–II cancers with 78% sensitivity at 99% specificity, supporting ctDNA as a scalable biomarker for population screening.
