Call for Papers: Single-Cell Genomics in Tumor Evolution

The Journal of Genomic Oncology is launching a thematic collection on single-cell and spatial genomics in cancer. We invite original research, methods papers, and reviews that use single-cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and computational approaches to characterize clonal evolution, the tumor microenvironment, and treatment resistance. Submissions open through autumn 2026.
